Gorgeous Photos of the Amazing Zero-Fuel Aircraft Solar Impulse 2 Over Cairo

Just before finishing its tour around the world, fuel-less aircraft Solar Impulse 2 stopped in Cairo this morning, but not before the pilot swung by the Pyramids to take some of the most breathtaking shots Instagram has seen in a minute. 

 

The Swiss-built Solar Impulse, powered entirely by solar power, has been circumnavigating the globe since it departed from Abu Dhabi, where it will return at the conclusion of its 16-month 36,000 km journey.
