Legendary French Radio Station NRJ Begins New Broadcast in Egypt

France’s NRJ radio station was inaugurated in Egypt in an opening ceremony held yesterday. Mansour Group brought NRJ to Egypt which will broadcast on 92.1 FM.

Mirna El Helbawi is set to be a presenter and Egyptian alternative rock band Masar Egbari have already signed exclusive rights with NRJ Egypt.

After transforming from a corporate radio station in Europe, NRJ re-branded and currently plays trendy music, summed up in their slogan “Hit music only.” Currently it broadcasts in Austria, Canada, Denmark, Germany, Greece, Guadeloupe, Morocco Lebanon, and Russia as well as many other European and French speaking countries around the world.
