The Temple is Bringing Disco Back!

Following Disco’s drastic decline in the late 1970s, the genre’s sounds and feel were reincarnated in House music, Disco’s rightful heir. Nowadays, it’s all Deep House this and Tech House that; don’t you just wish you could boogie to Donna Summer's I Feel Love or do The Hustle without being judged? You are not alone.

Daft Punk and Bruno Mars aren’t the only ones trying to revive Disco music; apparently The Temple just threw its hat in the ring too. The gorgeous floating nightery will be introducing its first edition of Disco nights this Thursday. Decknician Ramy DJunkie will be taking you on a musical ride to New York City in the mid 1970s - think Studio 54. To clarify, you will not be wearing bell bottoms as you shake your booty to Stayin' Alive - The Temple's Disco nights will be more this day and age's incarnation of the genre: Nu-Disco.

So, if you see what we see, if you feel as we feel, and if you would seek as we seek, then we ask you to join us as we boogie our Thursday night away and together we shall give them a seventh of January that shall never, ever be forgotten.
