This New Furniture Store in Cairo Lets You Customise Your Own Convertible Pieces

Change is good for you. With every season comes a change in trends, fashion, colours, weather, music, taste, and foods. But what about furniture?

Due to the immense and heavy weight of furniture, it’s usually quite difficult to easily replace whatever items you have at home, and it can be quite expensive to change the coverings of your furniture so easily and readily.

Which is why Alaa Khalil, Mohamed Lotfy and Ahmed Genedy put their heads together to come up with this brilliant idea of a homegrown furniture store—Drowzy.

Just recently launched this July in Zamalek, Drowzy contains various ranges of compact furniture which could fit easily into your home. The designs are bright and eclectic, ranging from boho style for the beach bums to geometrical patterns for the math nerds. There’s a little something for everyone.

The best part is, the furniture can easily be switched up with the different materials, colours and structures available at the store, giving you a different vibe at home (or at the office) every day. If necessary, you can request a certain pattern, but Khalil promises that the range is so wide and up-to-the minute that we're bound to find the patterns that we fancy.
