Facebook Launches Slingshot App

By now everyone knows about Snapchat founder Evan Spiegal rejecting the $3 Billion offered to him by Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg. Well, never fuck with The Berg. Facebook have just released a new app called Slingshot along the same vein as Snapchat's frivolous messaging platform but with one key and very inticing difference... You can't see what the other peson has sent unless you send a picture back too. Say goodbye to those awkward gutwrenching silences you get after flirting with a pic message and never getting anything back. Slingshot basically keeps the conversation going. Photos and videos can be shared one-to-one or to a group of friends, and can be adjusted with text and color. Currently available on iPhone and Android, the app is free for download here.
